Home Description
Bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan, separate wardrobe area and en-suite bathroom. There is a separate shower room with large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave, washing-machine. The lounge/diner includes a large sofa-bed which sleeps 2 with a table, 4 dining chairs and 2 ceiling fans. The spacious balcony has a table and 4 reclining chairs with foot stools. The apartment has Satellite TV and DVD. Underground private parking is included.
The complex has an internationally renowned bowling green, 3 bars, heated pool with children's area, snooker table, Jacuzzi, sauna, well-equipped gym. Lifts, ramps and steps to all areas, wheelchair friendly. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance or the more lively area of San Blas has shops, restaurants and evening entertainment.
Golf del Sur / Winter Gardens area
A bowling green, golf courses, coastal path and numerous small beaches. There are restaurants close to the apartment as well as a couple of small supermarkets. The commercial centre (San Blas) is about five minutes drive or a twenty minute walk along the coast. There are many shops of various types. During the evening there are numerous restaurants and bars many of which have their own live entertainment which is often of surprisingly good quality. There are plenty of taxis there to get you home.
How to get there
-Winter Gardens is just 15 minutes from Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia)
-There are always taxis available from the airport (even late at night). Fare should be 15 to 20 euros

This spacious (52 sq m) apartment has two ceiling fans in the lounge and one ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with TV and DVD player. You can get the major English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5) as well as CNN and Sky News. There is a DVD rental outlet on the complex. There is direct access from the lounge to the L shaped balcony which is sheltered during the hottest part of the day and catches the sun in the afternoon and evening.
The bedroom is en-suite with a wardrobe area which contains a safe. The bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower), WC, bidet and wash basin with a large mirror and overhead light. The separate shower room has a large walk-in shower, WC and wash basin with a large mirror and overhead light.
The kitchen is separate but can be accessed from the lounge via a large breakfast bar. It is fully equipped for 4 people with a large fridge and separate freezer.

The balcony (13 sq m) has a table and four reclining chairs with foot stools. There is also an area round the corner which is most useful for drying clothes.
The complex's swimming pool has sun beds and a children's pool.
There is an all year 8 rink bowling green which is internationally renowned. The complex holds fun days as well as hosting matches. The complex has a well equipped gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and snooker table. These facilities are available at extra charge.

The apartment is priced for two but will take extra people up to 4 in total.
Personal towels are provided but not swimming towels. Please do not take our towels outside.
Bed linen and towels/tea towels are changed weekly. Extra changes can be arranged locally at extra charge.

Please do not smoke indoors, only on the balcony.
No Pets.
Booking deposit of £75. Refundable deposit, minimum £75. Minor breakages do not affect this. Primarily for keys etc.
