Home Description
This is just one of our many sought-after, desirable properties. A luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located in a secure complex with community swimming and paddling pools, surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. Our selection of apartments are privately owned and have been fitted out to a high standard so as to make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as you would wish it to be.

This executive style apartment is on the second floor with access from a staircase or via the lift which takes you right outside of the apartment. There is a communal swimming pool and child’s pool surrounded by beautiful flower gardens in the centre of the small complex.

Las Chafiras / Llano del Camello area
This apartment, as well as some of our other privately owned 2 and 3 bedroom properties are situated in Jardín San Miguel, Llano del Camello which is a new residential district located in Las Chafiras. While shopping and services are currently 10 to 15 minutes walk away, in the near future this area will have its own shopping centre, gymnasium, cinema and tennis courts.

For the Golfers, there are two golf courses locally with the Golf del Sur Championship 27 hole course just 5 minutes drive, (www.golfdelsur.net). Just a little further is Amarillo Golf which has a signature hole where you drive over the sea, (http://www.amarillagolf.es/index.htm).

There is a plethora of activities on the island some of which are: Submarine safaris, Land Rover Safaris, Quad Park and Go-Karting, Sea Excursions, Camel Park, Loro Parque – Theme Park, Cable Car ride to Mount Tide, Whale and Dolphin Excursions, Aqualand Water Park, Zoos and many more.

Staying in our apartments you will be in a very pleasant and peaceful location giving you are perfect base to explore this wonderful island and have the exact holiday you wish to have, be it relaxing or as energetic as you choose.

Because it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the local shopping and bus services it is recommended that a hire car be considered.

Whether you are looking for a holiday home or are planning a longer stay of 3 months or more, this home will meet your needs and special tariffs are available upon request for long term letting.

We have a number of other 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, so should you find that the times you wish to visit are fully booked then please still feel free to contact us.

Travel by car hire/taxi along TF1 towards Las Cristianos, take turn off for San Miguel. Approx 10 mins. – Detailed directions given with booking confirmation.
Jardín San Miguel II, Residencia La Concepcion is just 10mins from the airport.
There is a taxi rank directly outside arrivals area of the airport and it will cost approximately 10 euros.
Ask the taxi driver to take you to Llano del Camello in Las Chafiras – Jardín San Miguel, Residencia La Concepcion.

The property briefly comprises; a spacious living and dining room with suede L-shaped couch where you can watch your favourite programs on the 42” plasma TV with digital box to receive all the uk tv channels. There is also a DVD player and small selection of movies or you could bring your own should you wish to do so. Alternatively, you can simply relax and listen to your favourite music on the hi-fi system provided. The dining area has a large solid wooden table with high-backed luxury leather chairs. There is a coffee table as well as various drawer units providing plenty of storage.

Double patio doors lead out onto the large covered balcony which looks onto the pool area, yet far enough away so as not to be disturbed. On the balcony there is a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy your al-fresco dining and also 2 reclining sun-lounges for you to relax and unwind.

There is a modern fitted kitchen with cooker and touch-control hob, fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle and toaster. There is also a utility area to the end of the kitchen with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom which has views of the pool area and gardens comprises a double bed, bedside drawer units with reading lamps and dressing table with large mirror, a fan for the hot summer months, large fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom also has the benefit of its own private en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC and bidet, and wash basin with a mirrored cabinet and shaving sockets above. If you have a young child who would prefer to sleep with you in the master bedroom there is an additional fold-away bed kept behind the door in the kitchen. The second bedroom consists of a single bed, a double sofa-bed, a fan for the hot summer months and a selection of large spacious wardrobes.

The second bathroom consists of a WC and bidet, bath with overhead shower and a wash basin and a mirrored cabinet and shaving sockets above.

All linen, bedding and towels are provided, however, we do ask that you kindly provide your own towels for use round the pool or taking to the beach.

Access to the complex is via large secure gates which are kept locked at all times for you peace of mind and security.

Had an excellent holiday, fantastic apartment. Close enough as a base to explore the rest of the island. Most places just 5 to 10 mins away. Drove to some of the best restaurants on the island. Lovely and peaceful on the balcony to sit and enjoy a quiet drink. Great pools for the kids. Best holiday we have ever had, (and cheapest). We look forward to going again next year.
